NORTH INDIAN DISH GREEN TOMATO SAUCE:-2

250 gm green chopped or grinde  tomato + 1tsp Rai, +1tsp red chilli+, salt, temeric1tsp, according to taste,  1big tsp oil ,  method:

Take 1big tsp oil in a pan.
Switch on the stove.
Add rai,after cracking the rai,add termeric,chilli,heeng,
.and stir.
Mix chopped tomatoes and again salt.
Cover it at slow stove.
After 5to 10m stir it.
Crush it and cover it.
After 2to5m it becomes ready.
