things we use with formation:/

KOFTA BALLS:

greated any veg like cauliflower or Lauki  mix in baked gram powder  +salt according to taste+redclili pw+ greated garlic+greated  ginger+
+greenchili and mash.
Make some small balls of mashed mix.
deep fry ln oil.
MASALA

– Make the Masala of other curry, with (tomato + onion+2pgarlic+chilli,+ slight salt+termeric+1tsp garam masala+4tejpatta)fry it in the oil on slow stove.
Acter Smelling it will left oil,this masala become ready.

Then, add some water at

  1. high stove+boil.
    It becomes ready.
    After a boiling ,
    Add small balls and cover.switch of the gas.
    Garnish with chopped green coriender.
    KOFTA CURRY IS READY.
