NORTH INDIAN DISH-9 :-FLf

Things we use:-

ladyfingers8/10, 1 big tspsaunf pw,1big tsp coriender pw, 1tsp red(according to taste), salt, 2tsp termic pw, lpinch heeng pw, 1tsp garam masala pw., 2big sp oil, 

Cooking process:-

make a cut in all veg longitudinally. 

mix all masala in a plate+1/2big sp oil properly. . 

fill this mix in the ldfngrs. 

take a pan with remaining oil+heat on stove, 

after heating, 

all ldfngrs  +1tsp termeric inthepan.+slightsalt+cover.it on  slow stove.  

after4/5mi. stir it. after some times

fried flf is ready fot eating.
