NORTH INDIAN DISH-13:-

Fried potato

things we use-

choped potatos, green chilli, 

 crushed black paper, 2btsp pure ghee, sendha salt. 

cooking proces-

switch on the gas, put a pan on it.take 1btsp pure ghee+heat+crushed black paper+ chopped green chilli+ salt+potato. and cover it and slow down the stove. 

after 2or 3mt stir it. 

potato will be soft, crispy and tasty. 

serve it  for eating.
